Here’s the things you may not know.....
The beginning
The gallery officially opened on November 1st 2017, the sister gallery - Beach Road Gallery & Studio (pop-up) opened July this year. eo.
Business award
Last November, the gallery won The Best New Business Award 2019, from Arun Business Partnership.
Here from the start
Our longest residents are Kevin Hicks, Philipa Bower, Jane Taylor, Dragon Art Glass, and James Robinson who have been with us since we opened (every month)
More awards
Two years ago, the gallery was voted 4th Best Cafe in the local area (Bognor Regis - Shoreham).
International
The gallery has sold work to many lovely people in far off lands; they have sent work to Italy, Australia, Vietnam, New Zealand, Mexico. Spain, and all over the UK.
Two locations
The galleries offer art courses, now at Beach Road; Portrait Photography with Trevor Fryer. They also offer the opportunity for students, amateurs, semi-professionals and professional artists to exhibit.
In the Cafe
The gallery serves Lavazza Coffee, Homemade Cakes from Tideway Sweet Treats and Kay. Trying to stay local, guest coffee is Harrie’s, locally produced ice cream from the Sussex Ice Cream Company, and shortly a new tea range from Hoogly.
The Team
The gallery is owned by Mike & Lucy, who are supported by an amazing staff and group of volunteers, and artists.
Huge variety
The gallery works with over 200 artists; including 20 resident artists.
In the community
The gallery provides artwork for Hairlucinations, Dawnies, West Beach Cafe, Fitzalan Surgery and shortly (once lockdown is over) Dove Lodge.
LOCA
The galleries are proud to be part of the LOCA Arts Trail each year.

Mark Hulme is the regular artist that lives furthest away; Antwerp.
Passing on skills
The gallery is very lucky to have some amazing artists who teach their skills in art sessions. Tricia Johnson, Min, Jane Taylor. Joe Sene, Cat McLelland, Mosaic Al, and Joanna Wenczka.
